Jacuzzi® Karina Solid Surface Bathtub Featured in Michael Berman-designed Master Bathroom in Christopher Kennedy Compound Show House During Modernism Week 2019

CHINO HILLS, CA – (January 21, 2019) – Jacuzzi Luxury Bath proudly announces that the Karina Solid Surface bath (https://beta.jacuzzi.com/bathtubs/karina) will be featured in the master bathroom of the Christopher Kennedy Compound Show House during Modernism Week 2019.  The master bathroom is fashioned by renowned designer Michael Berman of Palm Springs and Los Angeles.  Berman personally selected the Karina Solid Surface bath for the home.

“Rarely does innovation and style merge together so effortlessly as in the Karina™ tub from Jacuzzi Luxury Bath. In creating this 21st century bath it was important to keep the look and feel modern and timeless all at once. I wanted a classic oval freestanding tub to anchor the space, but needed it to somehow still feel fresh and of-the-moment. What I love about this Jacuzzi® brand tub is the nod to modernism with its thin profile and creative built-in grab edge/towel holder; so practical and smart,” says Michael Berman of Michael Berman Limited. Berman adds, “The solid surface stone/resin material that the tub is created from allows for the tub water to stay warm longer…a brilliant component of a timeless design from a brand that truly understands the luxury of the bath.”

The Karina bathtub is the eighth design and most recent addition to the Jacuzzi® Solid Surface Collection – Sculpted Stone. Timeless style and functionality merge in the unique lines of the Karina bath crafted from Luxecast® solid surface. The distinctive ledge provides a flat surface for storage and serves as a practical towel bar.

“To have the Karina bath included in this spotlight show home is not only very flattering, but also a great testament to our continued focus on launching unique designs,” states Kristina Spindler, Director of Marketing for Jacuzzi Luxury Bath.  She continues, “This bath offers universal appeal and accommodates a wide range of design eras and aesthetics.”
